BAD SERVICE AND NO LOYALTY TO CUSTOMERS

We went to our GP as our NEWBORN baby was ILL, the GP requested that test were done to check for Jaundice. The results came back positive and the GP filled out the Specialist Referral Form as it is procedure in order to receive an authorisation number. We sent the form through to the Keycare Auth Department and was requested to resend it which we done. We received an email that a consultant will call us, a week later after calling them 3 times from the day we sent the forms through already we still havent received any feedback. The day our daughter needed to see the specialist (7 days after sending the referral form) we called and was told they needed the blood results 1st in order to receive the auth number we sent the blood results through and still after holding on the phone for over 40 mins they needed the "PANEL" to1st have a look at it before authorising. Due to the nature of the delay our child missed her appointment which the GP highlighted as a HIGH IMPORTANCE. WHAT IS THE USE OF HAVING MEDICAL AID, FOLLOWING PROCEDURE AND STILL NO ONE CAN HELP YOU?! its a NEWBORN BABY for crying out loud she NEEDED to see a SPECIALIST URGENTLY.
