I always thought that its the companies responsibility to give/do the best for the customer, clearly, that does not count for Momentum!! We have been at that dentist for the past 3 years! You make it sound as if we went to that dentist for the first time which is not true!!! Another thing, if i have to go and check every time I go to the Dr to make sure they are still with momentum I will not have a life! also, not sure why the Dr only worked for a month and then resign (01-03-13 till 01-03-13) doesn't make sense?? Since Momentum clearly gave us the fault we will resign from them asap! Another thing, the Dr I have to go to now is not in a safe place at all (all of them) which makes it very easy for us to go to a different medical aid that wants the best for the customer and not go as cheap as possible!! I hope that you will treat other customers differently than what you treated us!! I'm truly sorry that we joined Momentum!!
