I contacted Discovery to lower my plan a month ago and I still have had no feedback as to the progress of my request. I was sent forms to fill out which i did immediately and sent them through to be processed. I had to phone Discovery to get feedback and now they tell me that i filled out the incorrect form, I was given this form by the call centre agent so how would i know that this form is incorrect. No one bothered to contact me to inform me that the form was incorrect. Now i have to wait another 3 months. This is unacceptable.
