I fail to understand, when customers diligently pay their accounts, and make arrangements in advance, due to unforseen matters AND THEN retrenchment, they are treated like people who are bad payers and avoid payment??? Recent immediate retrenchment, caught ME unaware, IF YOU CALL SUPPLIERS, PAY EVERY MONTH AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS, WHY ARE YOU TREATED LIKE somebody who doesn't pay their bills and is avoiding payment-this is not something i planned for???
