I initiated a claim in Nov 2013 for a smash and grab (replacement of window & spare key in my bag and after window fitment reviled window mechanism was broken- replacement thereof).
To date only the window was repaired and an assessment done on the window mechanism... nearly two months this has been going on after the claim was authorized...
In Dec I changed my banking details and confirmed that the money for the spare key will be deposited into this account, the Jan 2014 contribution went off this account so they definitely have the correct details.
On the 9th of Jan I phoned Discovery to follow up on payment as the key was on order from the dealer. I confirmed the banking details on the 7th, the 9th and 10th... just to receive a SMS from the bank that the money was paid into the incorrect account - NOW DISCOVERY claims no ACCOUNTABILITY.
Discovery need to stop payment on their mistake and correct it.
