Ad custolmer service and no respond

I made a payment to discovery on the 20/05/2013 as i was owing money on my previous medical aid and faxed proof of payment and i received an sms that it was received, on the 24/05/2013 i completed medical aid forms to join again and on the 03/06/2013 i called if they have received my application and if all is in order, i was told they cannot go ahead with my application because i am owing money, i told them that i have paid and sent prove of payment via fax and email.and tuesday 04/06/2013 i made a call again the told me the same strong they even transfered me to credit department where i emailed 3 people and faxed again. then the same day i called to check if they have received my emails and the said yes and they have attached proof of payment and my application have been sent to another department for processing and i should call new business on friday (today), i made a call today and they told me again the same story about the payment should send proof of payment which i did for the seventh time today, i am really not happy with this service because i use my airtime and money i call and sent this emails and fax and no one calls me to tell me the progress to my application
