I have been harassed by Lancet via sms. First of all, they work with Discovery Health - but NO where on the Discovery system does it say Lancet - they were called Clinical Pathologist - Mauff A C And Partners. So receiving a call from Lancet in Oct 2013 with this attitute of "you don't pay" - started this whole relationship on a bumpy ride. Payment was then made on the 28th of Oct 2013 and the proof was faxed to them on the 31st of Oct. Since then I have been harassed by them via smsses. I have phoned them to say that I have paid - proof was sent through. I received smsses the whole of Nov and the whole of Dec. Then I got a call at the end of Dec telling me to pay. Once again I said that I did pay and I will send proof when back at work - 6th of Jan via email. Today, 16 Jan, I get another sms stating that Immediate payment is requested. So I phoned them - No, the lady tells me - they see I've sent proof of payment - but it hasn't't been confirmed by the bank. SO, MY QUESTIONS, WHY DON'T YOU FOLLOW UP WITH THE BANK BEFORE YOU HARASS CLIENTS. MAKE SURE IF YOU INFORMATION!!!
