Ive only recently joined the bonitas medical aid scheme and already i am having problems with them. i chose the incorrect option and would like to change my option but im not getting any proper assistance with regards to doing so from the call centre agents. i spoke to zimketha, patric and many more yet they still fail to assist me accordingly, im asked to hold on for long periods forgetting the fact that i am calling from my cell phone, all i want is for my option to be changed from bon essential to bon save. i submitted my mothers medical aid certificate as proof that she was on a medical aid untill 30/11/2012 to avoid being charged a late joining fee. i need to have this sorted before my salary comes into my bank account to avoid incorrect amounts being deducted and also AVOID my mom and myself from being on the incorrect plan that will not be beneficial to us. SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST ASAP.
