Not being able to change medical scheme

I was assisted by Lammy from Bonitas. She was helpful. I am pleased with her service.

I am still disappointed with Bonitas. I requested to change medical plans from BONCAP to STANDARD last year.
I was denied to do so.

I have relocated from Durban to Pretoria. I had informed Bonitas that I had no network hospitals within my reach and I am unfamiliar with my surrounding medical facilities.

This medical bill is just one of many. I had been rushed to 2 non-network hospitals which I had to pay thousands in cash which was not budgeted for. If your organisation let me change plans, I would not have been faced with such a dilemma.

I have lost a lot of money because of Bonitas not allowing me to just switch over to a different option.
