Healthy Food benefit always late paid

After spending in total over 2 hours on the phone being placed on hold, calling back, getting reference number after reference number, speaking to different agents with no one taking responsibility, I have still not been paid my Healthy Food benefit for December purchases. What a waste of my time Discovery. Useless service!
