4 Months to resolve issues with no solid feedback!

I have been with Discovery for over a year, in the beginning of this year I moved over to my girlfriend discovery medical aid, since then, I have needed to constantly call Discovery to fix things.
There were points missing on Discovery Vitality. Points were then awarded then removed, The Andoid App showed different data to their Website. Insurance policy shows as inactive, then Vitality status shows as in active. Since January 2013 the only answer they can give me is someone is looking at the issue. 22 Jan 2013 spoke to Nkhuseli ;29 Jan 2013 Spoke to Lebo, 19 Feb 2013 spoke to Chumisa, after fighting to have the Case escalated, I spoke to Tameny, 28 MARCH!!! who called twice saying she has taken over the case, I had to phone in to fight to have they issue resolved, and promised a call from a manager. Jacque called me on 16 April, I was driving and asked if he could call back. Its the 18 April, and still no one at Discovery has calles or has a clue as to what they are doing. I am owed money from Vitality insure since NOV 2012
