13/11/2013 received sms, "As rewards Voucher member you have access to over 14, 6000 amazing discount vouchers in the area you live.30/11/2013 R149 was debited from account. I called the number 0871500914 my reference is C19762 asking why was the money debited from my account and what was it for because I never gave them any permission, acess to my account and my banking details. I first spoke to Mandisa who said she will cancel the debit order but she is not sure I will get my money back and she will refer query to the manager. I am still waiting for the manager today. Today I spoke to Nena asking about my refund she took my name and stated that the manager will call me within an hour, I am still waiting for the manager. What do I do to get my money back, how are they debitting my account without my permission? I need my money back please help.
