A few weeks ago we enquired at many medical aids to try find the best deal. We heard NOTHING from medshield so we decided to go with medihelp. We signed the forms for medihelp and was accepted onto their medical aid. About a week after that medshield sent an sms to say we are now on their medical aid. We never even signed anything to confirm that i had accepted their conditions, even worse, what those conditions were! We phoned medshield and told them that we already have a medical aid, they said we have to write a letter, which we did. We then received an sms to say that the issue has been resolved. Now i see that medshield has taken a debit order! I am beyond angry! Can someone fix this asap! We HAVE a medical aid, we do not want to be with medshield, how many times do i have to tell you guys this?! I want my money back and I want to see the acceptance letter that I signed, because I KNOW you don't have it and this is.
