I cancelled my subscription for the Remedi Vitality Benifit on the 30th of March 2013 as i felt it is something that i would not need. i found out in march that i am still billed and called the call center, i Spoke to Tulani and was told that he could see on the system that i called and a request was put in but nothing was done to the cancellation. He assured me that he would put a request in to have it cancelled and gave me a ref number *( 2852079918) We are now the end of May and i am still debited. i called in today on the 30th of May spoke to a gentleman and before i could get his name i was told to hold on for a manager. i'lI held on for 10 min with music playing in my ear. With all of my frustration i hang up. and called back, i spoke to Tindie and was promised to have a manager call me back in 20 min and she will look into the matter. SHAME i am still waiting.

I Want a full Refund and also for my call charges for being treated this way.
i am definitely changing from medical aid as well
i expect a call from a manage
