I cancelled my medical aid with Bestmed at the end of July, as per their one month cancellation policy. I was told i will not be billed again for the medical, however this morning, the 03 September, i was debited AGAIN! I have tried numerous times to get hold of someone at Bestmed, and their office hours state between 8 and 4, but when i call at 8:20, their lines are still on voicemail??? This is the second day in a row. I want this sorted out and my money refunded!!!
