Terrible Service

My GP sent referal letter to Discovery on 23 May 2013 @ 9:18 am. Today is 28 May 11:02 am, and I still do not have my authorisation. I was in hospital for 5 days, under a surgeon, he could not refer me to the specialist, I had to see my GP, who knew nothing about my condition (as it is a new condition), - the surgeon knew it all, but could not refer me. I ask you with tears in my eyes who studies longer - surgeon or GP? I had to explain to GP as to what had happened, who in return took notes, and gave referring letter. So in other words Discovery will pay an extra person in the loop for the refering letter, BUT can not give an authorisation number, when the condition is related to my 5 day stay in hospital!!!
I think it a total mockery, and waste of time!!!
