I found out i was pregnant in January this year. and from day 1 my dr has told me that this is a high risk pregnancy and has put me on complete bed rest. i was able to swipe my card a few times whenever i had the chance. however now, my dr has has even banned me from driving. its not like a live around the corner from the gym. i have been in contact with vitality from the start to advise them about my situation. i am now told told that if my card isn't swiped 5 times before June it will be cancelled and i would have to pay a rejoining fee as well as monthly premium for my gym. i have been a gym member for over 10 years, i have been a loyal discovery member for over 10 years. i dont believe that this is they way we should be treated because of new "rules and regulations" and the "no exception" line.why weren't all vitality members informed of this new rule at the beginning of the year? there is honestly nothing more i can do to go to the gym. i am a regular gym member. i used to attend spin classes all the time. if this the way i am treated, i will happily move my investments, health membership and insurance to a company for respects loyalty.
