No refund received!

I placed an order for three Seaverah fast acting cellulite removal and stretchmark repair serum on 3 October 2012.
On the same day did an EFT payment and forwarded the proof of payment to [Email Removed] (while the promotion was still running). I did not received confirmation of receipt of funds or my voucher. I then emailed customer care.

I was informed that "Kindly be advised that the payment was not allocated as proof of payment was not received in time and the voucher has therefore expired... Should you wish for the refund to your banking account, please provide us with your banking details to process the refund"

I forwarded my banking details on 24 October 2012, then I sent another follow up email on 30 October 2012 and another 2 November and 14 November 2012.

I also called the call centre and I was told that I will be refunded and the money will be transferred into my account.
I am STILL waiting for my refund!
