My child (Andiswa Sikwatsha) was admitted last year august, Bankmed medical aid did not pay all the Lancet Laboratories balance and everytime when i call them they send me from piller to post, they keep on telling me about the incorrect ICD NO .The ICD NO is not printed the way they want it to be printed on the statement, At the same time Lancet Laboratories can not change their policies and procedures with regard to printing the statement. the only thing that i need its for them to pay the Lancet lab the outstanding balance which is R1905.40
