I have been with bankmed since 2007. Every year after my salary increase my premium also increases for myself and special dependents. The adjustment is never done on time and after a few months I receive a letter stating I am in arrears! Last year I had the same problem, and I requested for a letter of apology. This year I called in a month after my salary adjustment so I dont have the same problem and I was told I am already on the maximum income band and my premium will not change! I asked the consultant if he was sure and he confirmed. Today I received a letter stating I am in arrears as at end of april. How can I be in arrears If my special dependents are deducted via debit order and via payroll for myself? This means people in the Premium management department is not doing their job! This happens every year and it is getting REALLY ANNOYING! PLEASE REMEMBER YOU ARE GETTING PAID A SALARY EVERY MONTH, ENSURE YOU HAVE EARNED IT OR GIVE SOMEONE ELSE THE JOB!!! Even when I tried to notify them my salary has been increased they were just too lazy to do any adjustments at that stage! Is this going to be a recurring problem?
