This time last year I spent time and a lot of effort for this very same complaint and I hope that this time it will involve no time at all.. I am a very loyal client - pay premiums on time and never claim. My car's value goes down every year but never get phoned to say hey we can now insure you for less.. Now one gets a letter stating how the cost of food and fashion has gone up so they have to increase insurance premium. I did the same exercise that i did last year. simply appied to the very same insurance company for insurance on my very same car and got a quote for R102.87 less than what they want me to pay. So as a new client i am treated better than a loyal one. I have not had a salary increase this year as the economy is trying but I must insure my car and continue to be a better citizen.. Come on guys give us a break...
