I just want to thank Discovery Health for agreeing to pay out my Medical Savings. I also appreciate Genevieve at Discovery Health who had to deal with me when I was at a point of frustration and anger because of the situation. She explained everything to me clearly about pay-outs but was still sympathetic to my needs. In the end she managed to get back to me in less than 5 days with and outcome of my query. I am also proud to say that it was a positive outcome.
