Where do i begin!? Bad service and liars

Firstly we were forced to pay upfront to visit Capago Durban in an attempt to get our Italian Visa. We were told that we had to get an Italian visa because we entered Italy first (we are in Amsterdam and Italy the same amount of days).

During our meeting at Capago, We were then told we are in Amsterdam for more hours than Italy so we were turned away. We then went to the Dutch embassy who told us Capago are wrong and should have issued our visa as its the first country of entry. Nonetheless, the dutch embassy made a plan for us and helped us get our visa. We told Capago they had made a mistake and we received no apology.

We then had to send about 30 emails to get our refund back. We also tried to call many times with failed attempts (either no one answered or we were passed along). Staff were rude and often ignored emails. When they did answer, they made promises of payment in the next day/week, but it never arrived. After threats of legal action - we eventually got our money back after 1 month and 8 days (their website promises 7 days).

I strongly suggest to anyone who is unsure about getting an Italian visa, to make 100% sure you need one before dealing with this company.
