Me and my wife have been trying to book our Schengen visas through Capago via the Italian embassy. Firstly, Capago's website does not work very well. There are dropdowns that just don't populate so you have to restart the site and thus retype all your info! If that's not bad enough, the section that shows what days are available for a meeting just did not show anything for the week we were planning on going. This puts us on the spot as we are only able to select a date one week before we are flying! Secondly, trying to phone Capago just ends up nowhere! Nobody picks up the phone! We are trying to reschedule our meeting for the week we cannot see on the website. Not even to speak about the emails... they just get returned. Now we are really worried... does this company still exist?? We have already paid the deposit for the visas, now what are we supposed to do? What if we show up there for our scheduled meeting just to find that the company is GONE??? Please people, heed my warning! This company is dodgy and completely unwilling to help anybody! At this point, I regret paying the deposit! What if they my money.. what if our whole holiday has to be cancelled now???
