I came for an interview on 20/03/2013 for a Visa but was told to go to the Spanish Embassy for the Schengen Visa. I already paid my deposit and I filled in a form for the refund. I was a assured that I will be refunded in 14 days but it did not happen. I have been calling numerous times but every time I am told that my request is being processed.

I paid a deposit for a Visa to France, but when they tried to process my information, I was referred to the Spanish embassy because I will spend more time in Spain. I filled in a form to claim my deposit back AND gave my proof of payment to the consultant who promised the money will be paid back within 14 days.
It is now 21 days and `I have not received a refund
Could you please investigate the matter.
