I have to make special mention of the 2 ladies at reception at 1:15pm on 1 April. Even though I was staying at the road lodge, they were kind enough to print my boarding pass for me. Its little things like this that leave a huge impression on me. I will stay at your hotel next time just because you made me feel welcome. Well done.
