The room I was booked into was really dirty, the curtain was dirty and torn, gave immediate impression of lack of care. The hand basin was full of mildew on the upper edge of the basin, went to shower and the ceiling of the bathroom was full of mildew and yellowed. I switched on the light to the bathroom and the extractor fan filled the entire room with dirty drain and sewage smell. I complained and was upgraded to an executive suite. My colleague also had the same problem in his room. We ordered lunch and breakfast packs for the following day and this was not ready at specified time, so we left without food and had no access to food the entire day. this happened twice. My colleague requested an ironing board and this too was not delivered until he requested on several occasions. The manager kept apologising but the ball just kept being dropped. Unfortunately I have to return this week as all other accommodation is full. Explains why its the only hotel not fully booked in Klerksdorp. Very disgusted!
