I had send numerious emails and contacted their offices in South Africa 0800980824 re my outstanding order as from 6 April 2013. I also phoned my local Post Office and they also advise that it not received. I urgently request them to follow up as I feel that I spend R1400 for this product and if I don't receive it yet. Refund Requested ASAP. No response received.
