Order item via DealClick/Wicount on 11 April 2013, on the 15Apr I had to complain about my voucher not received, By 22Apr The item was still pending
By 22/May 2013 send mail as I have not received item, was told DealClick will check on delivery.
19/June was told :
" I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for the delay in receiving
your product. Please note that your Keypad our supplier has notified that
they have shipped this products already and you can expect delivery for it
tomorrow morning the latest."
Nothing changed, each mail was told " Next week we will deliver"
So finally just requested refund. Again had to follow up 2 times as refund was also not made.
Was told finally (after 2 email again Re When refund would be paid) told Refund would be paid Friday (12/07/2013) By Monday no sign of Refund (Send mail again and informed Wicount/DealClick that if no Refund made by Tuesday 16:00 I would report the mater to media and legal)
I gave enough chance, been understanding and patience... no product/ NO REFUND sounds like to me... DO NOT DEAL WITH WICOUNT / DEALCLICK
