WAITING FOR DELIVERY BAD SERVICE

I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER ON 18 NOVERMBER 2013 I PAID FOR SPEED POST DELIVERY EXPECTING IT WITHIN 3-5 WORKING DAYS, UP TO TODAY FRIDAY 13 DECEMBER 2013 STILL NO PRODUCT DELIVERED! I HAVE MADE NUMERIOUS CALLS, SEND NUMERIOUS EMAILS, WHEN YOU PHONE AND THE AGENT "KNOWS YOU NAME / VOICE" PHONE IS CUT AND IF ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANGER IN CHARGE THE CALL IS TRANSFERRED BUT NO ANSWER. I AM REALLY DISSAPOINTED IN THE MANNER THAT THIS IS HOW THIS COMPANY IS GOING ABOUT DOING BUSINESS. PAYMENT IS MADE UPFRONT FOR PRODUCT WHICH IS DEFENITELY NOT CHEAP BUT AS SOON AS YOU START ENQUIRING ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT OR JUST MERELY WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WHY NO PRODUCT DELIVERED THEN NO ONE WANTS T0 HELP YOU. I WILL FOR SURE NEVER ORDER ANY TYPE OF PRODUCT FROM SLIMBETTI. I HAVE ALREADY SEND MY COMPLAINT TO THE OMBUDSMAN ASWELL, WAITING FOR FEEDBACK..
