Damaged dress received

Good day,

I ordered a dress on their website and they send it to me via post office, I received the dress in bad shape, it is stained and torn, I took pictures and send it via email with a complaint, they replied by saying I must send it back to them via post office in order to get the refund, I feel I am the client and it is not my responsibility to return the product as it is bad service from their side, the dress cost me R360.
I feel they must pick the dress up via Courier services and refund me ASAP, as I really need the dress for the 19th of December 2013 for my brother's wedding, as I explained to them.. I need the refund ASAP in order to go buy another dress for the wedding
