I ordered and paid for a Baby Bullet Food Processor 20 piece set on Groupon. I have since made a request for my money to be refunded to me, if the product is no longer available. If the product is available, I requested that they send it to me instead of the money. I made this request 3 months ago and I have still not received the money or the product. Everytime I send them an e-mail or contact them telephonically, I receive a reference number and my request is never addressed. I have also sent them my proof of payment and they have confirmed that they did receive the payment.
If you could assist me to get either the money back or the product, I would truly appreciate it. The customer service agents are always very polite when they speak to me and their products are offered at a great value. The only issue that I have with them is with this refund or to receive the product.
