YOU ONLY KNOW ME WHEN I HAVE TO RENEW

I am NOT HAPPY with the service Discovery is giving me, I have not received ANY issues for the past 3 months (see below e-mail I sent them). Now today I'm receiving a call from some lady, wants me to renew the subscription. Tell me how on earth will I renew after I hustled to get the 1st issue now I'm not getting any at all.

CLEARLY YOU KNOW ME WHEN YOU WANT MY MONEY.
