2 or 3 years ago I bought a golf subscription for a Friend that lives at 4 Vicky Ave, I did not renew the subscription.
In August last year I bought the same golf subscription for another friend. In October my friend received the magazine (from 4 Vicky ave), since then we have emailed and called to tell discovery to change the address. Up and until this date, my friend has NOT received the magazine. We would have paid for a whole years subscription with no magazine.
I have spent 20 minutes on the phone, been told I am first in the queue and your call will be answered shortly. Is this the standard line you tell everyone?
I have emailed constantly, but have never had a reply?
