Incorrect Debited - No paid back

On 4 Mar 13, my account was debited by Prosano Medical Scheme. Due to the fact that Prosano transferred the money to Bonitas late, my account was suspended. It was later reinstated. I was then notified by Bonitas that i was in arrears for March and will be debited together with the April contribution at the end of Mar. They did this and R6532.00 was debited. I called the call centre about reimbursing my Mar contribution on 3rd April. I was told i will be reimbursed within 3 days. I was also later told they will be taking that money and putting towards May instead of reimbursement. I have called numerous times since then and have been given the same story. I received a sms saying that they deposited the money on the 23rd April. i went to the bank to confirm this but the bank statement showed no payment. The bank consultant contact Bonitas and spoke to Angie and was asked to mail the bank statement which we did. No response from Bonitas since then. I called them today and spoke to Thuli and was told she will look into it which is the story i have been getting since Mar. I have all reference numbers but to date i still no refund. I am a pensioner and am now considering legal action.
