There is no notice explaining what the procedure is when you arrive. You have
a nurse who just come out and says "whose next". And you have to work it out amongst yourselves, who is next in line. Every time I have been there, there has only been 1 receptionist completing the forms.
Then my husband was eventually called inside, we waited MORE than 45 minutes to see the doctor. It was a shock to learn that there was only 1 doctor on duty for ALL the patients!!!
I am totally disgusted with the way the ER is run.
Next time it was my son who had an accident and it was just the same thing, It feels like you are in a Government hospital! Not suitable for a NETCARE Private hospital. WE pay lots of money for service and this is all we get! It;s PATHETIC..
I have always loved Sunninghill, I had my to kids there, but after all this bad experience I come across every time there is an emergency and have to go to ER, I will no longer go to Sunninghill. I would rather drive further to any other NETCARE and hopefully I will get better service.
