Recently I had a operation which was approved by medihelp beforehand. It was communicated to me that there was an additional payment of approximately R1500 which I paid beforehand. After the operation medihelp sent me a bill for an additional R7200? I am on their second most expensive medical plan and they cover so little without notifying their clients beforehand. Why was this not communicated to me beforehand? If this is not resolved quickly I am moving to another medical scheme and will continue telling people how bad medihelp is.
