I am disappointed at the level of service bankmed offers, I'm currently pregnant and on my second trimester. Bankmed has a programme called baby and me where they offer I think its about 5 scans if I'm not mistaken on the programme and various other things. When I go for my antenatal check-ups I have to pay cash to my gynae, now I don't understand how can I be on the Traditional Plan and pay alot of money only to pay cash to my provider. When I chose this plan I specifically said I dont want co payments and paying cash to providers. Not one scan has been approved by bankmend, since day one I had to pay cash to my gynae. I am so disappointed by level of service offered by this medical aid. If I knew I would not have taken out this plan. They don't even have plan info for 2014 as yet, its already the 11 of November.
