Good day, I am trying to get the name of a medical adviser and e-mail address to send through a doctors letter, xrays and xray report to a medical advisor at Transmed. Firstly the person attending to the call on the 0800 number has no idea what I want, secondly says it has to be sent to the general enguiries e-mail - which I have used before but it took more than a month to get a response - can someone on this forum please assist as it is senseless trying to deal with a person that has no clue as to what I require!
