The Medhelp Executive Team communicated to all its employers that they will not be receiving any performance bonuses in April this year due the organisation not meeting performance goals. However, the executive team all received enormous bonuses in January 2013 based on the organisations performance. What a motivational inspiration for the rest of the employees, pity this was not communicated to employees who are totally unaware of this. How can an executive team like this lead a dynamic organisation like Medihelp?? No wonder we pay so much for our medical cost and monthly premiums. Worried, confused and concerned member of Medihelp!!! Keep up the good work executive team!!!
