I went to Sunninghill Hospital casualty yesterday and I can't believe the service I got. Firstly after I was called into the consultation room I was left there for a while with no one attending to me. Eventually 2 men come into the room, don't introduce themselves and they just start asking me questions. Now, I'm a woman and this was a personal conversation and I was not comfortable talking to two men that I really wasn't sure were doctors or nurses. They then kept referring in medical terms and i left the room confused and not sure what was wrong with me or what happened because I wasn't comfortable enough to ask any questions. After paying R1 000 consulation fee, I expected better than that. I've been to Morningside Clinic casualty, at a cheaper price, and got 100% better service
