Can't read properly

I recently submitted a pharmacy bill that I paid cash for to my medical aid. I accidently scanned the invoice covering the pharmacy number so they requested I send it again. So I rescan the invoice only to get a email saying there no pharmacy number on. So I looked closely and the pharmacy number is on there so I replied to the email stating that if they look properly they would see it and I quoted the pharmacy number on the invoice. Only to get a email saying that I must as mkem medicine city to fax it to them. But the invoice is from a mini kem pharmacy in goodwood. I don't understand how libmed employ people who can't read properly or are just plain spitefull. I work a 13 to 14hour day for a security company. I don't get lunch or have access to a phone. Why can't that person just look at the invoice or are he or she too lazy after a nice December holiday? All I did was submit my claim and await payment. I pay a lot for my medical aid for only me and I atleast expect good service. Rather employ people who can read.
