I dialed the number for the pharmacy and the male on the other end of the line just said hello, so of course I assumed it was a private number as you would expect the person to say the name of the company, not just hello, so I said is this Glengarriff Pharmacy and he said I don't have time for customers, just come in and put the phone down.
My daughter was ill and I called on her behalf to get some medicine delivered to her, but did not even get the chance to do this.
So I phoned another pharmacy called Hypermed in the Green Point area and they were VERY helpful and friendly and they delivered her medicine.
Can one really afford to be so rude to customers? well I hope they keep on being rude so that pharmacies like Hypermed get all the business.
Shocked and disgusted.
