I have received absolutely shocking service from Discovery Health over the past few months with regards to their service feedback. If i do not contact Discovery with regards to a query I lodged they will never get back to you as a courtesy to explain if there are any problems. i sent a query through on 29 April 2013 and was provided with an automated response that electronic or telephonic contact will be provided within 3 working days and yet 7 days down and nothing. A consultant from the office of Francois Theron contacted me to discuss these issues prior to this query and make sure this will be dealt with but it seems as if the service is pathetic not only in one specific department but across all services of Discovery Health.
