On 31 December 2012 I went to the Discovery Health's contact centre in Century City, Cape Town. I am in need of joining their medical aid but given the festive season they didn't have a broker available. My details was taken and a broker would get back to me, which never happened. A few days after that I called Discovery up and the consultant logged a call to a broker via e-mail and I never got this call. On the 16 January 2013 I contacted them again and as per usual would get an e-mail/automated response that someone will be in touch within 2-3 working days. My reference number is 1475203, today is the 24tf of January and I still haven't heard from Discovery. This pathetic service and here I want to give them business!!! I hope that raising my voice via Hellopeter will help them come to their senses.
