I complained once about the self payment gap I have on my medical aid, Danita responded and I must admit I was not a happy client, however she dealt very well with my query. I have since sent a few more claims to her and she has made sure that they are all attended to and I'm provided with the feedback as and when everything was processed. Danita De Witt IS A GREAT ASSET TO DISCOVERY HEALTH, I'm not sure how else to thank this lady however she has made dealing with discovery health a lot more easy and I must say the only reason I'm no longer a disgruntled client.
