My Husband's membership was suspended via sms for reasons unknown. I immediately contacted Discovery and paid the debit order which had not gone through as a matter of urgency. The proof of payment was immediately emailed to them, upon which I received an automated response with a reference number indicating they would respond to my email within 3 working days.
This is pathetic, it's not a general and non urgent enquiry, a turn around time of 3 working days for urgent matters is not good enough, Looking at the number of valid complaints about Discovery health on this website makes one very circumspect about using any of their so called services.
