After logging a complaint previously on Hello Peter regarding my Maternity Program Benefits not being received. The consultant Kevin was speedy to find out what went wrong. Momentum decided on their own to cancel our Multiply account, so they asked us to pay the premium and confirmed the address of where the package must be send to. In less than the week momentum recovered the premium outstanding. However it seems they can quickly recover fees, but do not live up to their own promises, i.e it is month later and still no package, this after complaining to them and then on Hello Peter.
I will be going to the hospital next week to deliver and following all momentum procedures and complaining... still nothing occurs. Shocked, disappointed... I do not know what to do any more
