I have the exact same complaint as Hello Peter customer Hawai.
Nobody answers the phones and the website is not working to view policies.
Where do your staff come from???
The dark ages???
Why are there not enough staff members to answer the phones???
Everybody should be very scared to deal with Momentum in any way or form if this is the kind of response available to their customers.
