Discovery Vitality still billing me

Even after giving more than 1 month notice. discovery is still billing me for Vitailty!!! Discovery's consultant Resigan said that someone had supposedly tried to contact me and left a voice message. I said I got no such call/message. I asked what the procedure would be if I was unreachable, he said they should've tried to contact me again. I'm in the process of searching for a new medical aid scheme as Discovery doesn't stick to their word and their customer service is poor at best! My original ref number was 2784903220.
